I CAPANNONI INDUSTRIALI

Hanno una struttura portante in acciaio zincato a bagno caldo, formata da telai composti da coppie di pilastri a terra e sovrastanti capriate di copertura, mutuamente controventati per mezzo di opportuni elementi diagonali a livello delle pareti e delle falde di copertura. Il fissaggio dei pilastri a terra avviene per mezzo di opportuni tirafondi o di tasselli chimici se la natura del supporto lo consente. La copertura dei capannoni industriali, in lamiera, termopannello o pannelli in calcestruzzo, viene fissata su arcarecci opportunamente collegati alla sottostruttura portante; analogamente la tamponatura, in lamiera, termopannello o pannelli in calcestruzzo, viene fissata su idonei profili di baraccatura realizzati in lamiera pressopiegata a freddo ed uniti ai telai portanti. Il capannone viene corredato da portoni, finestrature e quant'altro necessario alle esigenze del Cliente.

OF PLANTS

Our plants have a hot galvanized steel bearing structure, made up of frames composed of couples of ground pillars, and overhanging covering trusses, suitably braced by means of apposite diagonal stiffeners, which are positioned on the walls and on covering pitches.
Pillars are fixed to the ground by means of suitable cemented bars or by means of chemical nogs (depending on the composition of the ground). The roof covering (thermal panels, concrete panels or sheet-zinc) is fixed to the bearing frame by means of purlines.
Lateral panels (term panels, concrete panels or sheet-zinc), are fixed to the bearing structure by means of suitable profiles made of cold bended steel. The plant can be supplied with main door, windows, entrance gate and further more accessories according to the requests of the Customer.
